1. The Operational Challenge

A 185,000 sq. ft. logistics fulfillment warehouse in the Inland Empire was suffering frequent handheld scanner disconnects, slow inventory processing, and tangled, uncertified cabling left by a previous tenant. The client needed a complete cabling overhaul within a 5-day window prior to moving in inventory.

2. The Engineered Installation

Our lift-certified crew deployed scissor lifts across 32-foot open warehouse ceiling bays to install heavy-duty J-hook pathways. We pulled 120 plenum-rated Cat6A cable drops to picking stations, loading docks, and executive offices. We ran armored single-mode fiber backbones between the central server room (MDF) and two remote distribution racks (IDFs). Every single drop was terminated onto modular patch panels, dressed cleanly with velcro, and tested with a Fluke DSX-8000 CableAnalyzer.

3. Verified Project Results

Zero network dropouts across the entire warehouse floor. The client received certified PDF Fluke test reports with 100% pass ratings and full documentation for landlord sign-off. Work was completed 1 day ahead of schedule.
